Pastor Mercy Zechariah serves as the Lead Pastor of I AM Global Christian Centre (IGCC) and is the Vision Carrier of the Warriors Arise movement, where she is committed to raising believers who will overcome and dominate their spheres of influence through discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual transformation.

Professionally, Pastor Mercy is the Founder and Lead Consultant of ARETE Global Leadership Consulting, where she works at the intersection of leadership development, future readiness, workforce transformation, strategic thinking, artificial intelligence readiness, and human potential. Through coaching, research, speaking engagements, executive advisory, and leadership training, she equips leaders and organizations to navigate change, maximize opportunities, and build lasting impact in a rapidly evolving world.

Through Warriors Arise, she leads a growing movement committed to preparing believers, professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, and emerging leaders to become among the top 1% of contributors within their spheres of influence by 2030.
